Everyone faces struggles. The question is...

What are you doing about it?
The vision behind Aypex is to provide that structure, accountability, and guidance needed to overcome challenges, especially when it comes to mental health. We personalize to you--your interests, schedule, mental state--and give a framework based in movement, socialization, and sports psychology to improve how you feel and help you level up, whatever form that may take.

You know where you're at, and where you want to go. How do you get there? Aypex supports you in real-time and in the long-term. Immediate suggestions built specifically for you if you feel a downward spiral coming on. Long-haul support in the form of learning, movement programs, and social activities to help you build a robust foundation to rely on.

Challenges are inevitable; it's time to build resilience to see them as opportunities instead of setbacks.
How
Join the presale and find out.

You should join, but we'll tell you a bit more first if you'd like.
The Aypex app is structured specifically for you, and no, we're not just saying that. It adapts to your preferences, what works, what doesn't work, what results in the highest positive impact for your mental state, your access to equipment, your environment, we could go on, but you get the idea. One person's app may take a completely different form than another's.
Mental health approaches should be personalized, and that's what we do.
Why
"Aypex is building the solution-- an integrated, AI-driven platform combining data science, guidance, gamification, and individualization specifically for mental struggles."
We take a scientific approach to everything we do because we want to solve the problem, not just deal with the symptoms.
57.8M adults and 12.8M adolescents aged 13-18 suffer from mental illness in the U.S. (NISM, 2021). Poor mental health costs the U.S. $47.6B in annual productivity loss (Agrawal, 2022), which stems from employees with “fair or poor” mental health exhibiting four times the number of unplanned absences per year than their mentally healthy counterparts (Agrawal, 2022). Additionally, the total associated economic impact of poorly treated or untreated mental illness costs $300B per year due to employee turnover, medical expenses, and ineffectiveness at work (Gillian, 2021). These numbers do not account for the 10-25 year reduction in life expectancy for those with mental illness (Fiorillo, 2021) or the cost of 40,000 suicides per year in the U.S. (NAMI, 2018).

The interplay of genetics, trauma, life experiences, socioeconomic pressures, cultural stigma, and individual biochemistry convolute approaches to solving mental illness. Most approaches do not address the combination of factors that contribute to depression and anxiety, especially not in an individualized manner. 10-30% of adults with major depression experience no effect with prescription antidepressants, and many others only experience mild symptom reduction (NAMI, 2018). Medication, therapy, and other approaches fall drastically short for many due to their one-dimensional treatment structure.

Fitness is a readily available approach to mental health with high efficacy, yet combining layers of accountability, tracking, and personalization proves complex (Mahindru, 2023). The impacts of physical activity on mental state are well studied, and well known, but resources to actually implement the knowledge for mental health are sorely lacking.
Aypex is building the solution-- an integrated, AI-driven platform combining data science, guidance, gamification, and individualization specifically for mental challenges.
